| FcgRⅡ

Receptor II For The Fc Region Of Immunoglobulin G (FcgRII) also known as CD32, is a type I transmembrane protein with a helical transmembrane region.CD32 is a surface receptor glycoprotein belonging to the Ig gene superfamily. CD32 can be found on the surface of a variety of immune cells. CD32 has a low-affinity for the Fc region of IgG antibodies in monomeric form, but high affinity for IgG immune complexes. CD32 has two major functions: cellular response regulation, and the uptake of immune complexes. Cellular responses regulated by CD32 include phagocytosis, cytokine stimulation, and endocytic transport.

| Typical data

As the OD values of the standard curve may vary according to the conditions of the actual assay performance (e.g. operator, pipetting technique, wash technique or temperature effects), the operator should establish a standard curve for each test. Typical standard curve and data are provided below for reference only.

Concentration (pg/mL) 5000 2500 1250 625 312.5 156.25 78.12 0
OD 2.27 1.62 1.07 0.65 0.44 0.33 0.24 0.08
Corrected OD 2.19 1.54 0.99 0.57 0.36 0.25 0.16 -

| Repeatability

Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay):CV% < 10%; Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays):CV% < 10%

| Recovery

The recovery of Human FcgRⅡ spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

Sample Type Range(%) Average Recovery(%)
Serum(n=8) 84-101 97
Plasma(n=8) 95-105 102
Cell Lysates(n=8) 96-108 105

| Linearity

Samples were spiked with high concentrations of Human FcgRⅡ and diluted with Universal Diluent to produce samples with values within the range of the assay.

    Serum(n=4) Plasma(n=4) Cell Lysates(n=4)
1 : 2 Range (%) 84-95 87-98 90-110
Average (%) 91 93 96
1 : 4 Range (%) 89-103 87-108 105-115
